We are looking for a licensed and credentialed Family NP who will provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the supervision of 1 or more physicians in our clinic. This is a 35 hour work week.

What you'll be doing:
Shift: Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

What you need for this position:

- RN and Family Nurse Practitioner training program in accredited college or university
- Be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 1 year in a community health setting.

Requirements:

An RN, PA, NP, or equivalent allied health degree.
RN or BS w/ 3 years pharmacovigilance experience
Solid understanding of domestic and foreign investigational drug/biologic regulatory requirements
Familiarity with US and international safety reporting regulations and guidelines, also an understanding of 'What' and 'When' to report.
Familiarity with Electronic Safety Reporting Systems like AERs

Responsibilities:

Responsible for pharmacovigilance and safety related issues for clinical trials and post-marketing
Handle data entry, coding in MedDRA and preparation of preliminary narratives of serious adverse events
Responsible for the process and assurance of complete, accurate information for safety reporting within regulatory time frames
Be an integral piece in the organizing, building, implementing and maintaining of the Company's safety database infrastructure, thereby ensuring compliance with policies and established guidelines, including data entry, coding of medical history, adverse events, concomitant medications.
Adhere to ICH, GCP, Federal US and local regulations; also serve as a point of contact for safety vendors, investigators, DSMBs and Clinical Teams.

The facility is looking for a Pharmacist to work only on the weekends. He/She would work a total of 24 hours and get paid for 32 hours with full benefits. Also, since they are working on the weekend, they would also be entitled to the full weekend and evening shift differentials. The hours would run from 11am to 11pm on both Saturday and Sunday ONLY. Currently seeking Bilingual Speaking Certified Nursing Assistants to work under the direction and supervision of the licensed nurse where you will provide nursing care to the members/residents. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
